LinkedIn Recommendations:  Roz Wolf has endorsed your work as CEO at Passionate World Radio, Inc..
Dear Lillian,
I've written this recommendation of your work to share with other LinkedIn users.  Details of the Recommendation: "Lillian Cauldwell is one of the most dynamic radio station owners I have had the pleasure to know.

As CEO of Passionate World Radio, or PWR, Lillian Cauldwell has become a top creative force in radio for the Internet. She offers radio hosts the freedom to produce their own shows and gives them essential technical support. In addition, she can provide radio hosts with training and web site promotion. Her ability to pull in 500,000 listeners from a global audience in less than four years speaks volumes about her.

Lillian has proven that authors and other interesting people can distinguish themselves from the ordinary. This is what draws in listeners and helps program hosts boost their listener numbers.

I recommend Lillian Cauldwell to anyone seeking a well established, technologically secure radio program of his or her own on the Internet. If you are passionate and want to develop your brand on the Internet, this is the person you want to do business with."

Lillian S. Cauldwell is the founder, "Chief Creative Officer" and CEO of Passionate World Radio, inc.  For over five years, PWR has served as an International platform for a unique mix of both Commercial and Non-Commercial Radio Programming heard over the world-wide web.  This multi-cultural Radio Network has served as both a training and a testing showcase for cutting edge programs and hosts.

Lillian was born and raised in New York City where she learned that she could be anything she wanted to be, so long as her Parents agreed.  By the time she entered college, she realized that she had a strong interest in Speech Pathology & Ayudiology, and working with children, especially those who were underpriviledged and in many cases, handicapped.  This has led to a lifelong mission to help people who "fall through the cracks."

Eventually, as a working, divorced single mother with a son, she found her way to Houston, Texas, where her acquired organizational and typing skills proved to be her ticket to success.  Working in the Texas Oil & Gas Industry, first as a Temporary Secretary and later as an Executive Assistant, she parlayed her ability to work and think like a Senior level executive assistant into a lucrative career that led to her starting her own company.  Her success as a sales and consulting professional led to numerous job offers and meeting the love of her life, Barry, a Harvard trained PhD.  Over the years, Barry has proven to be a very supportive partner in all of her ventures.

Lillian's love of both hard work and the trials of parenting led to her writing a book, "Temporarily Speaking" which in turn led to a best seller, "Teenagers! A Bewildered Parent's Guide."  It was her first novel, "Sacred Honor," "a time travel thriller" that gained her notoriety and acclaim and led to many interviews and panel discussions on the Sci-Fi convention circuit.  During the past 15 years, she has published two more acclaimed mystery novels and appeared on many local and national television and radio programs, as an honored guest speaker, lecturer, and expert.

It was her continuing involvement with personal podcasting, with booking and appearing on Radio Programs, both terrestrial and internet that led to her desire to develop and launch an internet radio network that would focus on more than just podcasting programs that had no promotion or worse, no focus.  "Passionate Internet Voices Talk Radio" launched in 2005, was originally a platform for a new generation of unheard of radio hosts, whose voices and ideas could now be heard on a Network that served as an "investment in their future."  The fact that two of the Network's original Programs are now heard on CBS radio proves the value of finding, developing, and nurturing new voices and programming.

Now Lillian and PWR are moving the world-wide radio concept to the next level, as mentor and packager of unique and challenging programs that both enlighten and entertain.

To prove that she is indeed serious and a role model, Lillian has after 25 years, paid back all of her college student loans!
